Access to the Vibescaling admin dashboard is limited to authorized users. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Content Ownership

Content uploaded to the Vibescaling platform is owned by you, the account holder. We do not claim ownership of content uploaded, reviewed, or published through the Service. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to create or distribute content that violates any applicable laws or regulations
• Publish content to TikTok or other platforms that violates their respective terms of service or community guidelines
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems
• Use the Service to spam, mislead, or deceive social media platform users
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized individuals

6. Third-Party Integrations

The Service integrates with third-party platforms including TikTok. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective terms of service of those platforms. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of third-party services.

When you connect your TikTok account, you authorize Vibescaling to access your account data and publish content on your behalf as described in our Privacy Policy. You may revoke this access at any time through your TikTok account settings or the Vibescaling dashboard.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that content published through the Service will achieve any particular level of engagement or performance on social media platforms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vibescaling shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of content, account suspension by third-party platforms, or interruption of service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request export or deletion of your data upon termination.

10. Changes to Terms
